I am very glad to let you all know, that I opened a new institute at my Studio Danka Husken. As you probably know, my most improtant work is to bring consciousness, reflection, inspiration and movement into your life. I want to help you to regenerate your powerful source of life, to transform yourself to the wonderful human being you really are.
Drawing mandala’s and mindfullness help you to get that vision from being whole in yourself, to bring yourself to a higher level. It has not to be very difficult, you can at first practice this awareness within fifteen minutes a day.
Here to the right side you see the beginning of a Zentangle or a Zensquare. (Zen = meditation and square =
a symbol for earth)
The drawing on the right is a Zendala
(Zen = meditation and mandala stands for ‘the magic circle’ = the university and eternity)
It begins with a drawing pencil and a square or circle in which you draw curved or straight lines. Than you fill the open places within the square or circle with your welknown patters, as you use them by waiting moments at the phone. If you want to try out, make at the beginning little drawings of your patterns, that you can use later on in the square or circle.
To the left: the curving or straight lines in the square. In the right drawing the first patters that fills the places from drawing line to drawing line. Dont erase those lines! They make the drawing more interesting!
So you can fill the whole square or circle with well known patters or some that you achieve from nature, your other drawing friend and so on.
So learn to draw this way will help you to meditate, to be quit and to relax. It will in a way help you to become focused and to be in connection with your soul and you higher self. I hope, you will like to draw your own patters, to share this item with friends and to share your patters among them. For: this is the way to set your mind free as well as your beliefs. You can see new possibillitys, and you learn to see more than you thought you could see. I wish you thoughtful drawing and many, many, good and peacefully hours!
